Is my email server working?

At any time, if you believe that your email service might be down, click here to see the server status message.

Server Status Site

  • If you are seeing service issues, contact us and let us know.
  • If you are seeing green checkmarks, the service is working fine. Your issues may be more localized.

I need to setup another device.

You will need your username (email address) and password to use this feature.

This portal will answer any questions you may have, and has some handy step-by-step setup guides for PC or Mac, iOS or Android.

Webmail Login:

You will always be able to login to your email server by accessing the following link:

https://webmail.your_domain.com

Or

https://webmail.gaslampvillage.com

Ensure you set a password recovery phone number on the account when you login, in case you ever forget your password or need to change it by yourself.

Server Settings

Your server IMAP settings should be set as follows in your email client:

Each server (Inbound and Outbound) require password authenticated access.

  • USERNAME:  {Your_address@your_domain.com}
  • PASSWORD:  Your_Password

NOTE:  ALWAYS use TLS/SSL encryption when you are connecting to an email server.

Inbound (via secure IMAP):

  • secure.emailsrvr.com (Port 993)  

Outbound (via secure IMAP):

  • secure.emailsrvr.com (Ports 465 or 587)
